You can tell a restaurant by the way it keeps its restrooms. Hayakawa is superb. And, oh by the way, the sushi is the best I have EVER had. Esther and I had a delightful time, a wonderful meal, a good dark Asahi (hard to find), and a finishing with a Yamazaki 18yr single malt. A true eating and drinking experience. Congratulations on a very fine restaurant. You've made it very hard to go anywhere else.
